Each club is required to send a leader or representative to at least three leader meetings a year:

Area Council  - Dates and times determined by Area

County Leaders Council  - Meets first Monday every even month at 7:00 p.m., Fuller Building,
                                                 Grant County Fairgrounds

Horse Council  - Meets first Thursday each month at 6:30 p.m., Multi-Purpose room, Courthouse

Ephrata Livestock Council  - Meets second Thursday each month, 7:00 p.m., Fuller Building,
                                                      Grant County Fairgrounds

4-H Youth Development

The 4-H Youth Development Program provides hands-on learning opportunities for youths, K-12th grade. The program is conducted by adult volunteers in partnership with WSU faculty and Grant county staff. Life skills are acquired through fun, experiential 4-H activities.
